By submitting payment for Founder’s Secret Fire, you agree to the following terms:

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at Founder’s Secret Fire.

If a payment plan is offered, all scheduled payments must be completed in full prior to attending the event.

Your registration is not considered paid in full until all required payments have been successfully received.

Non-Refundable Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you select a payment plan and later default, miss payments, cancel, or otherwise fail to complete the full balance, all amounts previously paid will remain non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for non-payment, partial payment, missed payments, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, personal emergencies, or a decision not to attend.

Payment Plan Default

If you fail to complete your payment plan by the required deadline, your spot may be forfeited at the discretion of the event organizer.

If your spot is forfeited due to payment default, you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit or any prior payments made.

Any attendee with an outstanding balance at the time of the event will not be permitted to attend.

Event Rescheduling and Force Majeure

Founder’s Secret Fire may be rescheduled at the discretion of the event leader in the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, pandemic, public health emergency, travel disruption, government action, power outage, venue damage, or any other unforeseen event that makes holding the event impractical, unsafe, illegal, or impossible.

If the event is rescheduled for any such reason, your registration, deposit, and any payments made will be applied to the rescheduled event date.

Payments are non-refundable due to rescheduling caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of the event leader.

Transfer and Cancellation

Payments are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by the event organizer.

The event organizer reserves the right to deny participation or cancel a registration at its discretion. If the event organizer cancels the event entirely and does not reschedule it, any refund decision will be made at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
